Pilates Reformer exercise involves movement performed correctly, purposefully and precisely with complete muscular and mental control. Our classes are led by a physiotherapist and structured to allow everyone to exercise in a safe manner. This type of purposeful exercise encourages a body and mind connection which is particularly important as it brings about awareness of the body in movement.

As we become more intune with our body our localised muscle system improves. Over time this increases mobility, strength, balance and flexibility.

Class Timetable

We have classes from Monday to Friday, which fill up quickly.
Monday 8:00am, 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Tuesday 7:45 am and 5:00 pm
Thursday 12:30pm, 5:00 pm and 6:00pm
Friday 8:00am
