Pilates reformer will teach you how to connect your deep core muscles to improve posture, strength and overall well-being.

At our Pilates Reformer Classes – presented by our physiotherapists – you will learn the basic principles and techniques while you get a great workout.

Once you connect your deep pelvic core you’ll be able to truly feel the work intensely, even at lower loads. In other words, if you can’t feel it, you are probably not connecting the right muscles.
